Getting you back to what you love.
Guiding you on your health journey.
Whatever your goals may be, let’s reach them.
Headaches. Low Back Pain. Pregnancy. Pediatric. Functional Medicine. Neck Tension. And More!
NEW OFFICE SPACE. SAME GREAT CARE.
Come visit us at the new location near East High School — 1001 S 70th Street Suite 107 Lincoln, NE 68510.
“What does care look like in your office?”
We offer chiropractic adjustments…both hands on or using the Activator — the “clicker” as many patients call it.
We also offer other care options to help you heal faster including therapeutic ultrasound, inferential (TENs/Estim), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Cupping, and Functional Medicine consults.
We are excited to also be offering acupuncture this spring!
“I can bring my kids with?”
We are a kid friendly office! We even have a little kids corner for the kiddos to hang out in. We never want you to feel like you have to apologize for having to bring a child to your appointment.
Will I have to see a chiropractor forever?
Our goal is to help you NOT be dependent on a chiropractor for life.
We will warn you though…many of our patients will come in monthly for wellness care because they love how they feel after their adjustment.
You see the dentist twice a year, you get new tires on your car, you get a physical every year…so why not see a chiropractor to help you function your best and help prevent future injuries or flare ups.
Oh, and no signatures or a sales pitch on your first visit. We mean business, lets get you in and get you taken care of! We will give you our opinion on your care needs based on your goal, but we don’t pressure you to schedule at your visits. We also won’t call you months later to try to get you back into our office — you get here when you get here! We get life is busy!
Follow our journey.
Not just another chiropractic office.
Dr. Mackenzie Hyde takes the time to do a thorough examination before performing any treatment options offered in our practice. She listens to your concerns, explains how the treatment will look and feel, and most importantly allows you to decide your treatment option.
Dr. Hyde wants her practice to be a place where the patient feels empowered and heard. She doesn’t want to just tell a patient what to do for care, but instead discuss options with the patient and together create a plan to help each individual obtain his or her goals.
Why is this different then other offices? We value getting to know each individual person instead of looking at them as another number on the appointment book. Dr. Hyde loves talking to her patients and it’s common for her to spend an extra 5 minutes at an appointment asking about how your kiddos first birthday party went last week.
