What if I don’t have insurance?

We have affordable cash pricings for patients that don’t have or prefer not bill insurance. This is a great option for patients who have high co-pay or deductible plan! Please feel free to call the office at (402) 442-0333 if you would like more info on our pricing.

Do you have a “Late Fee” or “No Show” Fee?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the doctor’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 30 minute notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 30 minutes notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged $20.

If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule. Sometimes we might be able to work you into the schedule still, but we also want to respect other patients who may be schedule right after your appointment. Just give us a call or text to give us a heads up you are running late. We will be able to let you know if you can still come in or need to find a new appointment time.
